About Jenny
Jenny is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, clinical Pilates and women’s health. She is passionate about helping women feel stronger, more confident and more connected to their bodies through every stage of life.
After graduating from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), Jenny has undertaken further APPI Clinical Pilates training as well as APA Women's Pelvic Health Courses to further her education in movement, exercise rehabilitation, and Women's Health Physiotherapy.
With over four years of experience teaching both group and 1:1 Pilates, Jenny combines her clinical physiotherapy knowledge with a movement-focused approach to create personalised care that is both practical and empowering.
Her areas of expertise include:
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy - chronic neck and back pain, as well as general musculoskeletal pain
Clinical Pilates - personalised movement and strengthening programmes
Exercise rehabilitation- recovering from injury, rebuilding strength and improving physical capacity
Women’s health physiotherapy - pelvic floor strengthening and exercise-based rehabilitation
Perimenopause & menopause - supporting strength, mobility, pelvic health and physical wellbeing through midlife
Persistent & chronic pain - helping you understand your pain and gradually rebuild movement, strength and confidence
Jenny takes a whole-body approach to physiotherapy, looking beyond the area of pain to understand how different parts of the body work together. Her goal is not simply to treat symptoms, but to help each person develop the strength, confidence and knowledge to move well for the long term.
